Step 1: Upload Your PDF

Click the Upload PDF File button or drag and drop your file into the upload area.

Once uploaded, your PDF will appear on the screen for editing.

You can also start with a blank document by clicking the Start With Blank PDF button.

Step 2: Manage Your Pages

Insert a new page by clicking the Insert page here button before or after a page to add a new page in that position.

To delete a page, click the delete icon next to any page you want to remove.

Step 3: Edit or Add Text

In the Top Menu Bar, select TEXTS.

To edit existing text, click on the text you want to change. A Text Editing Toolbar (floating above the text) will appear, offering options like Bold, Italic, font size, font family, color, and a delete icon. Edit the text or change its formatting and style as required.

To add new text, click on an empty space on the page. Type your text, then use the Text Editing Toolbar to style it.

To delete text, click on the text you want to delete. Simply erase the text with the backspace or click the delete icon from the Text Editing Toolbar to remove it.

Step 4: Insert Images

In the Top Menu Bar, select IMAGES. A drop-down will appear, listing any previously uploaded images.

Click the “+ New Image” button to upload a new image from your device.

Once selected, click anywhere on the PDF to place the image. You can resize or move it by dragging its corners or edges.

Step 5: Add a Signature

In the Top Menu Bar, select SIGN. A drop-down will show saved signatures.

Click the “+ New Signature” button to create a new signature by typing, drawing, or uploading an image of your signature.

Click where you want the signature to appear, then adjust its size and position as needed.

Step 6: Start a New PDF

If you want to discard your current document and start fresh, click NEW in the Top Menu Bar.

Remember that this will remove all unsaved changes to your current file.

Step 7: Save and Download Your PDF

Click the Apply Changes button at the bottom of the screen to save your work and proceed to the download menu.

Optionally, you can rename your file in the download menu by clicking the edit icon next to the filename.

Click Download to save the updated PDF to your device.
