A Visual Step-by-Step Guide

Upload PDF and image files, arrange the pages by removing or reordering them, and download the merged PDF file.

Step 1: Upload Your Files

  • Navigate to Merge PDF tool’s interface. Click the Upload PDF & Image Files button and choose PDF or image files from your computer. Alternatively, drag and drop files into the box.

Step 2: Arrange Files or Pages for Merging

There are two views in the editor: (1) Files View and (2) Pages View.

  • Work in the view tab that best suits your task.

  • Click the Add Files button to include more files, remove unwanted pages using the Delete icon, or create duplicate copies by clicking the Copy icon.

  • To reorder a page’s position, Click on the page and drag it to your desired position. Use the sorting button to arrange pages by filename in ascending or descending order automatically.

Step 3: Download the Merged PDF

  • After making the desired changes click the Merge PDF Files button. It will take you to the download menu.
  • On the download menu, you can edit the filename by clicking on the edit icon beside it. Click the Download button to download the merged PDF file.
